SECTION 21 – PRE-ORDERS

From time to time, we may offer products for purchase on a pre-order basis. When you place a pre-order with Petit Papillon Papier, you agree to the following terms:

  • Full Payment Required: Pre-orders are processed as full purchases at the time of checkout. Your payment method will be charged in full when the order is placed to reserve your item.

  • Estimated Dispatch Dates: Each pre-order product listing will include an estimated dispatch date. These dates are our best estimate and may be subject to reasonable delays due to manufacturing or supplier lead times.

  • Shipping of Mixed Orders: If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship everything together once the pre-order item is ready, unless otherwise specified. You may request separate shipping for an additional fee by contacting us.

  • Cancellations: Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund any time before dispatch. Once shipped, our standard return policy applies.

  • Delays: While we do our utmost to meet estimated timelines, Petit Papillon Papier is not liable for delays beyond our control. We will communicate promptly if timelines shift significantly.
