At Petite Papillon Papier, we believe beauty and calm should extend to every part of your experience—including if something doesn’t go quite right. Whether you're in the USA, Canada or the UK we’ll do our best to make returns simple and fair.

🌍 Who Can Return

We currently accept returns from customers in:

  • United States

  • Canada

  • United Kingdom

🛍️ Return Eligibility – Physical Products

You may return eligible physical products within 60 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged, incorrect, or faulty

Items not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Opened stationery (e.g. journals, inserts)

  • Digital downloads

  • Sale or clearance items

📧 How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email us at hello@petite-papillon-papier.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect

We'll provide return instructions, including which address to use based on your location.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (North America) or within 14 days (UK law)

  • If your return is not approved, we’ll notify you with an explanation

UK Customers: You are legally entitled to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of delivery, and receive a full refund including the cost of standard delivery (not premium options).

🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order separately.

💻 Digital Products

All digital products (e.g. printables, downloads, guides) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. If you experience a technical issue, please reach out and we’ll assist promptly.
